Terms Of Service (TOS)
• Commissioning of my services means that you have read and accepted the TOS.
• I will be absolved of any responsibility that resulted from not thoroughly reading my TOS.
• I reserve the right to use completed commissions for portfolio and advertisement purposes- appropriate credits to the client and artist(s) will be given.
• I reserve the right to post or not post the progression of the commission. Clients wishing to maintain the privacy of their commission should mention it as part of the commission details.
• I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission in the case of problems that would prevent me from completing the commission. As a result, a client will recieve a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress made on the commission.
• Designs that infringe upon the Intellectual Property of a person or franchise will not be accepted for "commercial use."
• Commissions denoted for "commercial use" can be used for streaming or any monetized content. Clients must abide by the terms and conditions of the respective platform they use.
• Clients must provide the Social media and/or name of a commissioned artist to ensure they recieve credit.
• Clients must provide their Social media and/or name to ensure proper credit.
• Commissioned works cannot be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without my permission.
Commission Details:
• For commissions, please contact me on Reddit at u/ObservantFalcon, or on Discord at LumiosityBlue#6825.
• A PSD file of a ready-to-rig model must be provided to assess the complexity of the model. This in turn will help estimate the cost and duration of completion.
• A PSD file that is not separated correctly by layer, or is inadequately cut, will have to be reformatted by the artist. Client may also request my services to properly cut model art for an additional fee.
• Clients will recieve updates on commission progress. Small revisions can be requested when updated on the stages of rigging. Revisions may or may not be accepted depending on how they might impede or adversely affect the rigging.
• Clients will recieve the runtime files (moc.3) and vtube tracking file needed to use the model in Vtube Studio.
• Payment will be done using PayPal invoicing.
• 50% of the total commission fee is due as a prepayment. And the other 50% is due as completion payment in order to recieve the commissioned model's files.
• Alternatively payment plans are available but they must be discussed beforehand.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the commission expected to begin? Answer: Once the a sketch (for model art commissions) or a pdf (for rigging) are confirmed and the initial payment is given.
Can you check my pdf to see if it is cut properly? Answer: Yes, I will review your pdf and offer a fee to properly cut the layers if there are any significant problems to rigging.
